Gautama Buddha was born as a prince around 566 B.C and son of King Suddhodana and Queen Mahamaya.  Soon when Buddha (Family name is Siddhartha) was born, the wise men predicted that the child would become a Great Saint-Buddha. But the king heard this declaration; he was deeply disturbed, for he wished his son Siddhartha to become a mighty ruler of Kapilavastu (Nepal).

After 29 years of Siddhartha’s birth, one day he got away from the royal palace to get around and see what is happening in the outer world. This was the first run through Siddhartha escaped his castle and this sole travel changed his entire journey.

On that day Siddhartha saw 4 sights; one elderly person, a man who is ill, an , and a dead body, three sights were excruciating for Siddhartha as he never had seen such difficulties in life. It made him very sad and he thought - What's the reason for life in case there is such a lot of suffering?

The Charisma of Gautam Buddha

Siddhartha left his palace, his spouse, and his child, looking for enlightenment. He took a stab at everything, from fasting vivaciously to trying the tough and painful methods for Aghori's, yet found nothing. Before long, he understood that you can't reach enlightenment if you would keep harming your body. So he got back his health and began meditating again.

Buddha was educated under several teachers but couldn't be fulfilled. Following six years he went to Neeranjana River in Bodhgaya and sat under a Bodhi tree. He calmed his brain and started meditating. In his deep focus, he saw his mind’s eye envisioning bigger and bigger beyond this world to the galaxies and external universe, he finally realized the reality of life.

Gautama Buddha stayed in the transcendence for a long time. However, when he returned, he started to expand the eternal truth and reality of life and the key to escaping the cycle of life and death.

This led to the spread of Buddhism, which was significantly done by King Asoka, after three hundred years of Gautama's passing. The title Buddha was given to Gautama by his disciples.
